Acceptance

By using this platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the platform.

Definitions

• Platform: INFIRAL website and mobile applications
• Brand: Business or individual purchasing influencer marketing services
• Influencer: Person who creates content and provides services on social media
• Services: All features and services offered through the platform

Account

3.1 Registration

You must be over 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account information. Do not share your password with anyone.

3.3 Account Types

The platform offers two types of user accounts: Brand and Influencer.

Services

4.1 For Brands

Brands can purchase influencer packages and create campaigns.

4.2 For Influencers

Influencers can create packages and apply for campaigns.

Payment

5.1 Commission

The platform charges 15% commission + 20% VAT on each successful transaction.

5.2 Escrow System

All payments are held in escrow until the work is completed.

5.3 Withdrawal

Influencers can withdraw money with a minimum balance of 100 TL. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

Content

6.1 Content Ownership

Users must have the rights to the content they upload.

6.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech and discrimination
• Misleading or false information
• Spam and malware

Obligations

Users agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Follow platform rules
• Treat other users with respect
• Comply with legal regulations

Liability

The platform mediates disputes between users but is not responsible for the outcome.

Termination

The platform may suspend or close accounts that do not comply with the rules without prior notice.

Disputes

Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through the platform support team. Unresolved issues are resolved in Istanbul Courts.

Changes

The platform may change the terms of use with prior notice.
